So does this phone have a version of flash installed or not?  Sprint says NO. All of the reviews and the HTC website says YES. I can't view videos embedded in websites.

Yes, the HTC Hero browser has Flash Lite support. Now, since it is flash lite not every website with flash or embedded videos is going to work.

Maybe the person you talked to at Sprint though you were talking about camera flash and that's why they said No.

Hi. Thanks for the post. I did find the flash app on the phone but I still can't even get it to play videos on websites used un the demo published by Adobe. They used the yahoo movies site.
