I can't offer much help but I can say you are not along.  I have called Sprint twice in the last 2 wks about the pics problem and a problem with receiving text messages in general.  I don't get some and get others twice hrs apart.  Sprint stated that there is a bug.  Supposedly, the fix(update) should be available some times between May 20th and the end of May.  Just don't hold your breath.  Sprint has been know to make promises that are long in coming.

I have the same problem sometimes and I ask the person to send the picture again and it works the 2nd time.

I have had some success when the picture is sent a second time.  Other times it just doesn't work.  Up until approximately 3 weeks ago I did not have a problem.  I sure hope Sprint lives up to the June 4th date mentioned in an earlier post.

i would advise you all to download the leaked update because it fixes that probably for sure!

Yeah but it kills root access if you have it. So, if you want root, I would suggest you keep the previous leaked version.

well this may help but i have the newer version 2.1 and when i get it i open up my internet box and click to cut it on the go back to the message and click download.. al my messages open up that way. Smiley
