Music ringtone

To set music on your phone to be a ringtone,
1. get into the Music funciton, select the song you want to be a ringtone;
2. when it comes up on the screen, press the Menu key,
3. then select Set as ringtone
4. select from the options in that menu.  One of the options is to trim the ringtone so you get just the portion you want from the music.
5. if you trimmed the ringtone, select Set as to set it as either a phone ringtone or a contact ringtone.

The phone actually steps you through the process pretty well.  You can do this with any song you can play in your music function on the phone.

Good tip Dew... i keep forgetting to use the Menu button for different applications!  But how about adding sounds to notifications?
