I believe you hit delete and chose all the messages you want to delete by selecting them etc..

THAT'S on the phone itself. On seven, u have to open up the message , hit menu, then select delete. Delete isn't available from the main screen on seven when pressing menu. That's why I asked. N e ideas?

You don't have to open up the email.  Just long press on the email and a menu will pop up.  scroll down to delete.

Make sure that the server name is correct. I had the Bad username/password error as well. Once I realized the error, I was able to finish setting up the account.

I've actually switched to two very nice apps that are working quite well..K-9 e-amil for my personal emails from yahoo and comcast, and Touchdown for my outlook exchange work email, Touchdown cost $1.99 but it's SWEET!

Felix- Where did you find the Touchdown app for $1.99?  I only see it for $9.99.  Still a good deal for $9.99, but just curious.  And thanks for letting me know about this app.  It works great for Exchange users.  You get the emails under 5 seconds where Seven and HTC takes over 5 minutes and it is a lot smoother and syncs great with the Exchange calendar.
I did finally got my exchange email to sync with the hero email, but I keep getting "Exchange sync errors"  constantly so I will be deleting it.  Seven is nice but I too was getting email message errors where it would say I would have 10 emails but will only have 2.  I can say I tried all three and Touchdown is the way to go for Exchange users and will keep the Hero email for my personal emails.

As I have some problems with Exchange I've started to read all thread. Before registering SEVEN I realized below pharagraph;

"You grant to Seven the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, transmit and display any and all content, including email data, PIM data, video, photo, or music files, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service or to fulfill the purpose of this Agreement.
"
I am a little bit suspicious especially for the "including email data" parts.. Sad
What do you think about this?

Hello. Those using Touchdown, does it sync your exchange calendar with the calendar on Hero? That would be my deciding. Factor. Touchdown sounds great but I want it to sync on ny calendar. Let me know. Thanks!

Anybody use "Moxier Mail" on the Hero?  My boss has a Samsung Moment that came with Moxier Mail pre-installed, and it synced with Exchange ActiveSync first try.  It looks like it's a $25 app though.
