Can anyone tell me how to delete/overwrite the default Scenes like Work, Travel, HTC, etc...?

Is there also a way to save any changes you made on the different scenes? Everytime I make a change to any of the scenes and try to exit and go to another scene, it ask me to save and when I try to save it says " Scene already exists". I press the scene I want the changes to be made on and it then will say " A scene with that name already exist. Please try another name". In short, it will save if you don't exit and leave the scene, but try and go to another scene and any changes you made will be lost. I don't think I should have to rename it to Travel 2 or Social 2 and so on to keep the changes. I must be doing something wrong cause it is suppose to be customizable right?

First I think you cannot delete the HTC scenes because they are propietary to the sense UI. For the other question you will have to save them seperately but you can delete older ones as you go on.

Looks like you are not able to permanetly save anything you add to any of the six HTC scenes, but can temporaly save anything you add if you don't leave the scene that you are on. Now, if you save it to another name like My page or My Travel, My Social, or whatever name you want you can save anything that you add. It just won't let the six default HTC scenes be permanetly changed. Not sure why HTC did it that way. What I did was make all the scenes to My Travel, My Work, My HTC, and just use those instead of the HTC scenes. Hope this helps..

That seems a bit odd. It would have been easy enough to offer a reset to default scene or restore specific scene option if they were worried about people accidently making a change to one of them. Or at least put a switch in the settings to let you chose to do otherwise.
Sounds like a candidate for a new ROM if they do not implement that in a future update.
