Ok, so I ordered one on the 5th and received it today.
Just need to condition it like the directions said. F3 did you notice you could see the white on the battery through the grill on the back side next to the speaker? Oh well, nothing a black paint marker can't fix. Should drain the battery pretty good listening to the live broadcast of the NFL Playoff games this weekend!! Sorry Kurt but you and your silly birdies are going down HAHA!
Nope, I don't see any white...maybe I'm not looking in the right place. But, a black Sharpie will take care of it too. Glad yours came a lot quicker than mine.

Well this is what I'm talking about. On the side of the camera where the speaker is you can see the white from the back of the battery.
This is what the battery looks like without the rear cover on it.
The fix
The end result
I guess it's just my OCD kicking in but stuff like that really gets to me.

Ha ha for all the pictures. Yeah, I had to look really hard to see it. Here's the image of mine and I can see it better in the picture than I can see when I am holding my phone. Yeah, you've got it bad but I understand. Once you notice something like that, it's really hard to ignore it.

Physical size yes exactly the same. In power no, 1800mAh vs 1500mAh.

Boosted, now that you've had the battery for awhile, what kind of additional battery life have you seen?

The battery has to be conditioned before you have an opportunity to experience it's full potential. I find that when I am listening to streaming music, texts are coming/going, 3 email accounts are updating, and making one or two calls, I can get a little over 4 hours out of the Mugen battery. The stock battery never gave me more than 3 even after the update.
I don't think the change is great but if I am not streaming music, I have more faith in the Mugen battery to get me through the day if I am away from the charger than I do in the stock battery.

Sorry guys (and girls
) I've been slacking on replying to this. Work has been a nightmare lately and with the Playoff games in town I've been putting it off.
Ok, here goes. I've had the battery for a while and I can say that I do get about 3-4 hours more than the original. I charge my phone every night and take it off of the charger when I wake up every week day at 5:30am. My phone is usually at 15% left at around 2-3pm. Now before you jump to conclusions let me explain. I am a VERY HEAVY phone user. My day starts on the road at 6:00am with GPS and bluetooth on, Pandora streaming while I am driving, receiving and replying to 75-100 emails a day, and countless texts. During the day I am also constantly online researching products for customers. Usually I am back in the office at 2pm. I stay until 5:30pm to finish orders, invoicing, receiving, billing various kinds of paperwork, that's when I charge it back to full before I head home. The last charge usually lasts until I go to bed that night/next morning. Insomnia is a biotch! Just look at my posting activity by time!!
Now on the weekends it's a different story. I usually wake up around 8am, that is if the wife and kids let me sleep. LOL My phone usually lasts until around 7-8pm. I use my phone alot less on the weekends. Gotta spend time with both my little girls, they grow up too damn fast.
So, there you have it. My honest review, I would recommend to anyone wanting a little more juice over the stock battery. I even contemplated the 3500mAh battery so I could get a full day out of it without a charge but the thickness of the battery defeats the purpose of having a phone like the Hero IMO. Plus if I ever need it I have a charger in my work truck to top off before I hit the office.

One thing that I definitely like about this battery is that you don't have to added the extended back, which makes it difficult, if not impossible, to get the phone in any covers. The price is also very reasonable for a few extra hours of battery power.
I put the OEM battery back in the other day and there is a noticeable difference between it and the Mugen. I purchased a battery charger on Ebay for 6 bucks so that I can keep them both charged.

That is the back of the Seidio Innocase. Its a really nice case if you are looking for one. They also have belt holsters available for them.
