I do not yet own a Hero...the only reader that i found was Rune...are there others?

one I use is fbreader, really simple but does the job, also like the night mode cos it saves the battery! opens fb2 and epub docs which is available for most ebooks

If you are still looking, I just came across this one and it seems pretty cool. They also explain how to use Adobe DIGITAL EDITIONS V1.7.1 to put ebooks into folders and transfer to your phone. 

You can get the app in the Marketplace by searching for Shortcovers. They are going to update the Android app in early 2010.
