Apps Missing from the Market 6-3-2010

I did a factory reset this morning and several apps are missing from the market. Has anyone else noticed this?

Apps I can't find:
Handcent SMS ver 3.0.3 (Newest ver which was release today. Last night I installed 3.0.2 so it was in the market)
Qik Video
Quick Settings

I've checked the market several times today and no luck. I have a Sprint Hero. I downloaded App Brain Sync hopping that it would help and it doesn't. The listing shows up in App Brain but when it looks in the market it can't find the app. The handcent forum has a post with a few users saying they are having the same problem but I don't know how wide spread it is.

I wish I had not done the factory reset... :frustrate
