Someone posted this on the sprint community website, so I hope its cool I post it here. But I thought it would help to get $50 back in your pocket. SInce we are in our 30 day return/ exchange period it should count towards us also. If you bought your Hero at Best Buy you can get $50 off if your a rewards card member. Yeah I am shooting for lunch time to head out there. Not sure where your getting 10% off. Others have done it. Because you can technically return the phone, get your 179 back then re purchase at 129 If your in your 30 window. So its like a price match, so BB just refunds you the $50 plus tax. Is what I am hearing and my hopes come lunch time.

Posting from the parking lot, it worked!! I just went in and said I bought a Hero on the 20th and found this coupon on the reward zone site. She went to her manager and came back and asked me if I wanted a giftcard, cash, or credit back to my card. Of course I said cash.

Drive there and find that I have only 1 receipt the other must be on the kitchen counter. Well it will have to be after work.
