HTC Hero - Downloads stalling from market...

DO NOT UPDATE INSTALLED APPS WHEN PROMPTED!
Uninstalling and reinstalling updated versions are NOT a workaround.
Frequently, downloads will stall. When I reboot, any updated apps are
renamed, for instance, Weatherbug is now "FALSE", and won't work. Then what I was attempting to download previously, works.

Arrrrrrh, sorry, havin' an Instinct moment, I give up. It's a bug, all over the Android forums.
1.6 seems to clear this issue, but waiting to see if HTC and Sprint will push Donut (Or at that matter, Eclair in Jan), is like waiting for Mrs O'Learys cow to come home.

Pie in the face, anyone?

NO thats the other phone, it was supposed to be called the Instinct Q, but now its just the Moment lol Wink

HEHE. And Q gave Piccard, in Star Trek, a good test of his Instinct, but everything ended up well. Youre right!
