Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered my wife a Hero for Xmas. She thinks her Instinct is fine, but she'll have to get over it. I had no problems changing to the everything plan and renewing her 2 year agreement. Thanks.

so Sprint will let you renew if you want a new phone, even if it's not time for 1 yr upgrade etc...

We got our phones at Best Buy for 179, out the door, no rebate. Then, BB ran a special for  Reward Zone Members and we got 50 bucks back for price of 129. 70 would have been better but I am very happy to have paid 129.
