I dont know why but every time i connect my hero into my computer, my computer cannot read it. I unmount it and everything and nothing happends. Does anyone have any suggestions that i can do to get it to work? Thanks  Smiley

I think you need to connect it to the petri dish and check the connection with the microscope... Cheesy

Yeah... bad joke... anyway

After you connect the phone to your "labtop" go to your phone and slide down the notification bar. You will se a message that says something along mount the phone... click on it and then on "mount" and try to open it on your "labtop" Cheesy

okay joseamirandavel no need to make fun of me!!  Tongue idk why i said "Labtop"? I ment to say LAPTOP! haha well anywayss, yes i do all that. but nothing comes up on my LAPTOP! But the funny thing is when i take the SDcard out my phone and put it in my computer it reads it, but when i plug it in straight from my phone it wont read it. ITS NUTS!! haha

Strange.  Are you running windows 7 or a 64bit system?  I know somepeople have had problems connecting the device that way.  If not, the only other thing I can think of is that the USB driver is not installed for the device.  If that's the case you may have to find it out there on the "internets" and install then connect.  Hope you can figure it out.  Please keep us updated as to your progress.
