Since I got my phone I've had no problems getting email until the other day. Now I can go to my gmail account through the browser, but I don't get the emails/notifications like before. When I open my inbox from my home screen, the emails havn't been updated. When I hit refresh, the following message appears: The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
I contacted tech support and they had me do a profile update, power the phone off and back on and see. When that didn't work, they told me it was because there have been problems with a couple of their towers in Colorado,where I live. It has been a couple of days now and the problem has not gone away.
Has anyone experienced this? and can anyone help me get my phone to receive emails the way it was before?
