I just had my htc hero swept out by sprint so its basically brand new nothing on it, my question is, what are some good applications u have on your hero and also is there such thing as downloading too many applications cause i like so many of them but my phone started going slow as i got more and more so i was just wondering about those few things if u guys could help that would be awesome!

There is definitely the "too many apps" problem. Just like a computer, the more you add, the slower it will get. You also have to clear cache and don't let too many text messages build up.
