Help!

Ive had my HTC about 3 weeks now but it seems so slow.  When I unlock the screen it takes about 5 secs till i can use it, then when i press the phone icon its another 10 secs till i can dial someone.  The people feature is slow and clunky etc etc.  Is anyone else's phone like this or should i call orange (service provider) and ask for a replacement?

Perhaps you don't need to replace it, just hard reset it and it'll be fine. If it's unlocked then I would suggest you go back to Orange.
