We are getting 2.1 on the hero. If the newbie isn't interested in a bigger screen or doesn't live in a 4G area, I think the Hero is a fine phone.

ya i deffinately dont live in a four g area my signal sucks!. but its kinda better now that idh a samsung.
by the way do yallknow of any apps where you can use ur phone asa remote to ur tv?
and does our phone have tv out?
