Future Hero owner!

Hey, I have had mine for just about 3 weeks or so. I love it. I use it a decent amount and don't usually charge but once a day unless I play games or search the market for hours then I plug it in. I have not had the joy of having my phone freeze or anything like that. I really enjoy all the things I can do with this phone.

Hello and welcome,I've had my phone since Oct-9 and I must say this is the best phone I've ever own so far,now can things be improve-sure but for what you get right out the box its all good.

I am new to the Hero too, sort of......I tried it out back in October and then exchanged it for the Moment, din't like that so went back to a BB Tour, loved it but was getting tired of BB's, they are good phones but I find them very plain, so here I am back and I started off again with the Moment,(2 weeks ago) and the battery life was so bad that I was extremely frustrated and I knew something was wrong because I am not normally a heavy texter nor do I make a lot of calls but I was having to put the Moment on a charger several times a day, they exchanged it once and even gave me an extra battery but it still only held about a 4 hour charge. I just got fed up and returned it again, (Sp[rint hates me) and now I am with the Hero and I am impressed with the battery life compared to the Moment.
I have have been texting 3 times more than I usually do right now as I have some items on Craigslist and I have been getting text messages and calls non stop for 4 days now and I have not had to put the phone back on the charger at all during the day, and here it is 1am and the battery is still in the green.
Another thing I do like about the Hero is it does have a LED notification which the Moment did not have and that was a big deal for me, so YES I am very happy with the Hero.

I don't think you will be dissappointed
