Just arrived here after a long and very bumpy journey from the Samsung Instinct. I'm really hoping the Hero does a better job delivering on its sale promises than the Instinct did...

I saw a guy using the Instinct today and it was all I could do to say, you have no idea what you're missing by not switching to Android. I had both Instincts and they were ok for what they were but Android rules.
