Just bought the HTC Hero (Sprint) last Friday. My Palm Centro was needing work, but after two years of constant use, the upgrade was needed. I considered Palm Pre and soon-to-be released Palm Pixie, but as soon as I picked up the Hero, it was no contest. I use a phone 5-7 hours every day, so it is critical that I feel comfortable with the phone. The Hero is exactly that! Here is my initial evaluation of the Hero on my blog. Glad to have found this forum, too. I have much to learn.
