Hi, Just bought the new HTC hero from Sprint. So far, the phone is working great. Had a Palm Centro, this outdoes that phone by miles. Found this forum and hope that it is a good place to get info on the Hero, how-to info and other interesting info. Thanks for the great site.

Pretty cool...i had the centro before i got the instinct and today i am getting the HERO!!! i think this site should be pretty helpful since its sister site for the instinct was a major help for me.

Yup, your gonna want Barcode Scanner, you can get that from market, then you can go to www.androlib.com and scan QR codes with your camera, you'll like it. i was very confused at first.

oh on a side note, i found the HTC HD2 is coming in 2010, however not sure if it's available on Sprint and if it is i won't be getting it, because of 2 words "WINDOWS MOBILE" lol i've been told never to get a phone with windows mobile on it, and i believe it for some reason
