I'm not a member of the "Hero" club quite yet...still rockin' the original Instinct...

That doesn't mean I won't be among you soon. BB dropping it down to $99 was probably the motivation I needed.

the physical keyboard, the faster processor, and the lack of integrated UI.
among a few other small things.

Sweet! It amazes me that such a great smartphone is being sold so cheap.

when i got my Hero, my wife got my Instinct and sometimes i'll use it, it feels like im pushing buttons on the screen, instead of just touching, Hero is much more sensitive, there's no comparison from that aspect!

The hero and Instinct are like night and day. I remember being a moderator over @ the old instinct site during the sprint updates that didn't materialize. Talk about frustrating. Boy am I glad I got rid of that phone. This phone is so amazing!

Some people just want to get away from the pull out slide out keyboard, i personally like the moment, love my hero, the moment has 3 scenes as where the hero has 7, i would think the hero has more memory also.

I have had my Hero from Best Buy (69.99) for 4 days and I love it.  I didn't want to part with my Instinct but wow I am glad I did!

So many before you have said the exact same words. When we had the Instinct and the Instinct HD we thought it was a great phone but once we got our hands on the Hero there was no looking back!
