okay this topic im good at. No, the palm pre is totally garbage and im telling you this from experience. I've had 4 pres in 3 months because they crash without doing nothing to them. The keyboard SUCKS! it freezes all the time and the phone all around is just horrible. I have the HTC Hero now and i love it more than any other phone i had. After my 4th pre i told sprint im tired of always having to come to the store and get a new pre. So i decided to get the Hero.
