I am really hoping one of my smart friends on this forum can help me..... *crossing fingers*
I have the latest and greatest Windows Media Player offered for Windows XP. I also have it looking to my online SkyDrive for my music. My ultimate goal here is to edit the music on my microSD card so that i can add album art and rename them. I like to be organized!
I first tried everything i could think of to add the music (i copied it all into my "My Music" folder on the C: drive), by "adding a folder" but it wouldn't stick when i tried to. With WMP for Windows 7, you can drag and drop into your library, and it wouldn't let me do that either. My SkyDrive is mounted on my PC, so i drag and dropped all my music into THAT drive, hoping it would now show up in WMP, with no avail. My main computer has XP, and my boyfriend and i have a media center that runs Windows 7, so i *could* transfer all my music there, but it would be such a pain in the butt, AND i'm frustrated that i can't do what i want when i should be able to!!
I also un-installed and re-installed WMP, as well as restarted my PC numerous times.
Anyone have any ideas?
