That's not a bug! It's a feature request...

It appears that the inevitable has already happened to this forum. The most knowledgeable folks who have been helping others have begun to reach their limit of sanity for new users. Someone mentioned manual. Does this Hero come with a manual? Perhaps it's the kid in me, but manuals are a last resort to a Google search, which is how I found this site. So, guys, thanks so much for helping answer newbie questions, please continue to do so. And, as a suggestion, post a great big ARSE search feature button on the home page with a nice title like, "Before you ask your questions, please search first because in all likelihood, it's been answered more than once."
I agree. It's like telling a blind guy look before you leap, when you have no idea what you're leaping into. Google "The minds eye''. And, I might add, searching here will leave you with more questions than you came here with.

I wish HTC would give us some news regarding the release of 2.0. I know they said we are going to get it but it would be nice to have some idea of when

Does anyone know how to make the IM fonts larger? I can do it inside an application called Home, but outside of that the fonts stay small...

EVERY PHONE HAS ISSUES. Now that phones can do so much, there will always be something that someone doesn't like about a phone or some glitch that a phone has that doesn't work for certain people. Now, that having been said, after over 1 year with the Instinct and a month with the Instinct HD, I got sick and tired of waiting for Sprint to "fix it" and I decided to get the Hero. I have NEVER looked back. Two months later, I still periodically ask myself what the hell was I thinking to consider sticking it out with the HD. The Hero is an amazing phone (it does have things that I hope they fix like -Bluetooth) but it has so many things that are perfect and some things that can be fixed with an app.
I must mention that I am on my 2nd Hero because the first one stopped receiving texts and phone calls. However, neither phone has ever locked up or lag much at all. I used the phone for 3 hours the other day as thought I was on my computer. I was going from app, to app, to app with no hesitation or issues. Did I mention how much I love this phone?
