I really feel like I've wasted a lot of money on this phone.

Does anyone know how to get this phone to syncronize to Outlook while the Outlook is connected to its server ? All I get is a stalled synronisation. No help from the NoHelp Desk - just advised me to do it off-line. Great, I now need to remember to do this at regular times during the day when I get to sync - not live as I need it. So most of the time my calendar is wrong. I don't want to do this in a 'push' manner - old fashioned USB link is perfect.

Did I miss something in the tech specs to tell me this phone can't cope with the 'N' protocol on a WLAN ? Well according to NoHelp Desk - it can't & I should either disable this protocol or buy another router - might as well bought an iPhone!

I used to tell all my friends/colleagues - don't buy IPhones - now.....

I only just switched from my Instinct m800 two or three days ago. Already regretting it! No java? Keyboard types the character below the one I'm typing. Doesn't seem to support ANY video playback from the web. Do NOT like the browser! Can't install opera mini. How do I add music from my pc? Miss having a camera button without having to open a menu. Honestly, I liked using a stylus(can't spell) on my Instinct(little more accurate than my fat fingers). I could go on... but I think I've cried enough for now.

Maybe the Moment will suit you better.  Tried that one yet?

Shocked Wow lol it seems like everybody here is coming from the stupid Instinct. I had my for like 1yr n 1/2 n i want to throw it off my balcony the web sucks, there is no apps and sprint has forgotten about it, we havent had an update since like april(that really did anything) Im switchin to the Hero today "hopefully" (crossing fingers), there is alot of mixed feelings on the hero, I love it so far and I dont own one... I heard that the camera sucks and it lags and the battery sucks, and everybody says to go and get the Moment, but the Moment is huge and bulky and it feels weird in your pocket and the only good thing is the camera, and I keep my phone in my pocket alot and in my purse I dont need anymore dead weight lol.... Wink

And for people with BIG FAT FINGERS and you know they fat dont get the phone and then complain about it knowing the size of the phone and knowing what your getting into lol just saying........(dont hate me lol) Grin

I'm coming around. Now I just feel robbed that right after I bought it, the latest Android build came out! I hope the 2.1 rumors are true. And does anyone else keep their phone in their pocket? Mine has dust under the screen, how do I get it out?

Has anyone phone dialer pad been lagging?I have a serious lag when trying to dial a phone number that's not in the contact, its like searching before the numbers pop up.

Yes, phone dialer pad has always been laggy, very annoying sometimes!  Is there a good phone dialer pad app that can be installed to replace the built in one that won't lag?

Also, wish I could force roam and wish I could add specific emergency #'s (#'s that can still be dialed when the phone is locked)
