My phone was exchanged because of issues. Now when I recieve a video from another phone there is a button to download the video, but when I press it I get a message that the download was unsuccessful.  I have plenty of room on my memory card.  What's up now?

This happens with every picture message I get too! And youtube videos won't play at all! What happened? My Instinct ALWAYS played youtube! All these things were no prob when I first got the phone! Dolphin downloads youtube no problem, but I don't want to have to dl every video! Break.com doesn't work either!
