dialing with and extension and voice dialing

When I try to place a call. and after they/phone answers I am required to put an ext number . Most of the time they do not register, and I can not complete my call.

and--- voice recognition for dialing is the pits. have given up on it. my old cheap phone snapped too, responded and completed calls quickly.

It makes me wish I had my old phone
