Am I the only one here dissapointed in the Hero's inability to work with Ford's Sync radio?   What a shame, I bought a $50K truck with all the goodies and have to put a jawbone in my ear to use my phone.

Anyone know if they are working on a fix?

What happens? I have a 2005 Acura TL and it syncs with the Bluetooth. Some of the features that worked in the past do not work but it does sync and comes through the car stereo system. Maybe it will work for you when we get upgraded to 2.1.

Ford's (sync my ride site) reply was that the phone is not on the list phones that have been tested and approved by Ford Sync.  They suggested contacting Google for a solution.  I'm hoping that a future OS or firmware update will rectify this.  I like the phone (except bthe lousy camera feature) and overall like it better than the BB Pearl it replaced.

Camera dislikes - no flash, slow shutter reponse, shows any shaking resulting in many blurred pictures.

Cant fix the "no flash" issue. But have you searched this forum for information on how to alter your settings to compensate for some of the issues. Also, do you have the lastest update on your phone because it greatly improve the blurry picture problem.

Go to your Camera, click Menu, and then go to Settings.

"You need to adjust the ISO from AUTO to get it to stop being blurry, or else it's going to try to guess what level it should be at. Just set it at 800 and you'll be fine.

Just like on a real camera, if you set the ISO or f-stop too low, you can have a million dollar camera that just takes really really bad pictures (blurry). Enjoy!"

yeah i have an extremely shaky hand, and had to download the FxCamera, but once the MR was released, the auto-focus is nearly perfect.  Even if it looks blurry as i'm taking it, it takes a second and then sharpens. Smiley
