I have. An 09 Fusion and Sync works flawlessly. The only missing feature is text readouts but I think that. Is true for all Sprint devices.  Bluetooth media and phone is much better than the instinct was. My Hero has never disconnected from Sync.  I remember it was a bear to initially sync, I needed the secondary pin. If it helps, I will check my sync version and hero version and try to recreate what I did to sync the two. I don't often visit this forum but feel free to pm or email djstarr1300 at MSN.
