Htc Hero is already crapping out on me!!!!

I purchased by HTC Hero in march for a large amount of money. It is now September and here are all the problems.
1. Text messaging is slow and often freezes or closes application
2. Calls dropped frequently
3. I cant open or send messages without it taking up to 5 minuets
4. Wont send picture mail PERIOD, no matter how many different ways I edit the pic
5. The slide down answering bar often freezes and causes me to hang up
6. It dials the wrong person randomly or it mixes 2 calls into one
7. Refuses to login to my e-mail and finally the speaker often changes tone or pitch and
    it randomly changes the ringer volume.

Now, I like this phone....but so far its given me more trouble than my LG Rumor (which was a hunk of blue shit). I'm considering getting rid of it due to a long list of troubles. If anyone can convince me not to, then by all means try. And don't tell me "oh, you need to memory wipe or clear notifications or delete all your texts" Ive done all that already. Sprint even said nothing is wrong with it...but then again they barely spoke english so, yeah. Anyone having the same problem (reply)

hey i would agree to it that HTC hero is not a great phone..
its cost is high but the quality is not so great..
i would not prefer this phone..
