Root help needed

I rooted my uk orange hero G2 and it was working great , the root menu came up as it supposed to but due to a unlock code problem i was told to flash the phone via goldcard.    I used this firmware below.

Since i used this firmware i can't get into my root menu, when i hold down the home and power button i get a triangle with a ! and a pic of a phone. What has happened to the root. I'm new to htc and mobile phone hacking.
