Android Update

I did the android update last night. Works perfect.
But there is one think that IRRITATES the hell outa me.
When I go on PEOPLE and view the list it looks normal. All my contacts are there as usual. But when I go to PHONE vie the homescreen I get a ful list on EVERY one I have on Facebook and their number, and altso get double of some people. Some with the persons Contact picture on and some witha SIMcard pic one!
How the hell do get my normal contact list there, and just one of each!???
